Training of Trainers programs generally consist of three sessions:
- Experience the cross-cultural training session as a participant;
- Review each element of the session and its desired outcomes with the Aperian Global consultant;
- Utilize a comprehensive facilitator guide;
- Practice facilitating the sections of the training;
- Receive feedback and make improvements to their facilitation;
- Leverage support from an Aperian Global consultant before and after the first time they conduct the session on their own.
Companies can also receive a license to use Aperian Global's materials for internal training sessions. In this way, their organization acquires the skills and tools necessary to provide new services in-house.
